Get Fit Planner stores the information needed to save your free plan. You don’t need to provide an email address.

Your plan

If you create a plan, we store your chosen name or nickname, weekly visit goal, checked steps, visit notes and completion times on our server. Please don’t add sensitive health information. A necessary browser cookie connects you to your plan for up to 180 days. There is no cross-device login or account recovery; clearing cookies disconnects you from the plan.

Previous email registrations

Email registration is closed. If you previously supplied an email address, contact us to request its deletion. We do not use those addresses for marketing.

Cookies and service logs

We use an essential session cookie, with no advertising or analytics cookies. Server logs may contain request paths, IP addresses and timestamps for operating the service. Form names, email addresses and notes are filtered from application logs.

Exercise videos

Demonstrations use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player. No connection to YouTube is made until you choose “Load video” or open an external video link. Loading a player shares connection information, including your IP address and our site origin, with Google. Playing a video may use browser storage and is subject to Google’s privacy policy. You can use the illustrated and written guides without loading a video.

Retention and deletion

Plan data is retained until you request deletion or the service closes. You can immediately delete a connected plan and its notes using “About your saved progress” on your roadmap. Before clearing cookies, delete the plan there if you no longer want it stored. We cannot reliably identify a disconnected anonymous plan by nickname alone.
